This photo shoot was actually done in November 2010. I was honored that my friend and a professional photographer, Richard Marks, asked me if I could be a model for a underwater photo shoot session.
Since I was young, I have always had a special interest in an element called water. Its unique beauty mesmerized my heart. And I love photography. I am not used to being taken, but I like taking photos. I have not seriously studied photography yet, so I don't know how to take what I want to take, but when I heard that I could join the process of combining these two things - photography and water, you can imagine how excited I was.

これは実は昨年のことになるんですけど、2010年の11月にマウイで活躍している写真家、リチャード・マークスに頼まれ、水中撮影の被写体をしました。そのときの写真を最近頂けたので、何枚かをここにご紹介。
私は水というエレメントに小さい頃から、特別な思い入れがありました。水の持つ特有の美しさは、小さい私を虜にしていました。そして、私は写真が大好きです。撮られることはあまり慣れていませんが、撮ることが大好きです。と言っても本格的に勉強をしたことがないので、まだまだ何をどうしたらどういう写真が撮れるのか、全く分かっていないのですが。なので、水と写真を併せ持った今回のお話に、私は喜んで承諾しました。
